Coat meat with flour
- 1 lb beef round steak or chuck steak, boneless & cut into cubes
- 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 TBL vegetable oil
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 C beef broth
- 1 tsp dried basil, crushed
- black pepper to taste -
- 1 C dry pasta noodles
- 2 TBLS fresh parsley, snipped
Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls Soup

In a large pan heat your olive oil
- You will need:...
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 1 small head of cabbage...chopped
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp greek seasoning
Classic Banana Bread

Preparation Preheat oven to 350°
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
- 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pork Loin marinated w/ Scallion and Habanero (Splenda)

1. Place pork medallions in large zip-top freezer bag
- 8 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin medallions (3/4-inch thick)
- 10 scallions, chopped
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Peach Salsa

To make the salsa, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine
- 2 peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely minced
- Small handful cilantro, minced
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Pinch of coarse salt
Parmesan Herb Fish Filets

Place fish fillets in a single layer in bottom of greased 11 x 7 inch (2 L) baking dish
- Metric Ingredient Imperial
- 500 g fish fillets, patted dry 1 lb
- 50 ml light mayonnaise 1/4 cup
- 50 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup
- 30 ml green onions, chopped 2 tbsp
- 15 ml red bell pepper, chopped 1 tbsp
- cayenne pepper to taste -
- 125 ml dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- 2 ml dried basil 1/2 tsp
- pepper to taste -
Iowa Loose Meats

Put all this in a crock pot
- 2 TBLS dried onions
- 1 TBLS water
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 1 TBLS Worchestshire sauce
- 1 TBLS Soy sauce
- 2 TBLS cider vinegar
- 2 TBLS brown sugar
Christmas Crunch Salad

Mix dressing ingredients well and toss over vegetables
- 8 oz cauliflower florets
- 8 oz broccoli florets
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- salt, pepper to taste
Double Chocolate Chip Caramel Apples

Start by wrapping a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil
- Ingredients:
- 6 Granny Smith apples
- 6 wooden sticks
- 1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Bundt Cake Breakfast

- 1 cup diced Ham
- 2 c tater tots...still frozen
- 1 dozen whisked eggs
- 1 can (8) Pilsbury Grands biscuits..diced up
- 2 c. Cheese...your choice...I used Cheddar
- 1/4 c milk
