- 1 store bought pizza crust
- 6 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked BBQ pork, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, defrosted
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno rings
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops

Whisk salt and sugars in 2-quarts of cold water
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 quarts water
- 4 (2-inch thick) pork chops, bone-in rib loin chops, split to bone
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 2 1/2 cups crumbled cornbread
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Beer Cheese Chowder

In medium saucepan combine broccoli, carrots, chicken broth and onion
- 1 1/2 cups small broccoli flowerets
- 3/4 cups shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 3 oz cream cheese softened,cut into chunks
- 8 oz fully cooked polish sausage, cut into thin slices
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup beer
Bone-Crunching Layered Salad w/ Mustard Beer Dressing

In large glass bowl, layer ingredients as listed
- Dressing:
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups honey mustard pretzle nuggets, crushed
- 1/2 lb diced bacon, cooked and drained
- 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- 12 oz beer
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 1 1/4 cups mayo
Roasted Tomato Soup

toss veges and thyme with 2 TBS olive oil
- 8 roma tomatoes, halved and seeded
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into quarters
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 to 3 sprigs thyme
- salt and papper
- 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 4 TBS olive oil, divided
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Broccoli Salad

In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onion and raisins
- 10 slices bacon, diced and cooked, drain
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 TBS white wine vinegar
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sunflower seeds

Ribs with Spicy Cherry Glaze

- Spicy Cherry Glaze:
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 pork rib racks (St. Louis style spare ribs)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 recipe Spicy Cherry Glaze, recipe follows
- 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 4 tablespoons minced ginger
- 3 cups canned cherries in syrup, preferably Bing
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons tequila (recommended: Cabo Wabo Resposado)
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce (recommended: Sriracha)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Chipotle Coleslaw

Mix dressing ingredients together
- 1 pkg coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 TBS chipotle hot sauce
- 1 TBS lime juice
- dash chile-lime seasoning
Creamy Tomato Soup

Heat milk over low heat. In blender add remaining ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 3 15oz cans good diced tomatoes, drained leaving some liquid.
- 2 rounded TBS tomato paste
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 TBS butter
- 4 TBS flour
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- store bought pesto for garnish
