Crispy Oven Fries

- 4 russet potatoes (6 to 8 ounces each), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick fries

Rigatoni

Brown hamburger and add all ingredients
- 16 oz. Rigatoni
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. worchshire sauce
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes

- 1 - 11 oz can zesty tomato soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 - 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil

Apple Galette

The galette can be made without instant flour, using 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Dough
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (7 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup Wondra flour or Pillsbury Shake and Blend instant flour (2 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 12 tablespoons cold unsalted butter , cut into 5/8-inch cubes (1 1/2 sticks)
- 7-9 tablespoons ice water

- 1 1/2 pounds apples (3-4 medium or 4-5 small), see note above
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon water

- Ingredients
- 6 1/4 ounces 7-grain hot cereal mix , 1 1/4 cups, (see note above)
- 20 ounces boiling water (2 1/2 cups)
- 15 ounces unbleached all-purpose flour (3 cups), plus extra for dusting work surface
- 7 1/2 ounces whole wheat flour (1 1/2 cups)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted and cooled slightly
- 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon table salt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats or quick oats
Chocolate-Raspberry Dream Torte

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- 1 pkg (18.25 oz/510 g) devil's food cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake)
- 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (250 mL) powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely grated orange zest
- 1 container (8 oz/1 L) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) seedless raspberry jam, divided
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries (optional)
Crispix Mix

Mix all ingredients and bake @ 325 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
