Frozen Fruit Slush

Blend in blender. Heat sugar w/water
- 3 bananas
- 1 can frozen lemonage (6oz)
- 1 can frozen orange juice ( 6oz)
- 1 bottle marachino cherries (8 oz)
- 1 pkg frozen strawberries (10 0z)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
- 3 cans water
Pulled Pork

- 8 ounces or 3/4 cup molasses
- 12 ounces pickling salt
- 2 quarts bottled water
- 6 to 8 pound Boston butt
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon whole fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Peel potatoes and boil in water till soft
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 2 sticks butter
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 3/4 cup cream
- 8 oz. pkg American or Cheddar cheese
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix shortening and sugars together till creamy
- 1 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 pkg. choc. chips

In large bowl beat shortening and peanut butter until creamy
- 48 Hershey Kisses
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Maggie's Jumbo Raisin Cookies

Simmer raisins for 5 minutes in 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups seedless raisins
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 3 eggs
- 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
