Select Saute and add butter to the pressure cooker pot
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, uncooked and diced
- 6 oz. package Uncle Bens Long Grain & wild Rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- dash red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half and half

- 2 (18 ounce) packages refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini or ravioli, uncooked
- 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (12 ounce) jar Alfredo four cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese

- 2 2 2 med onions, sliced in rings....v slicer
- Mix in jar
- 1 1 1 T parsley
- 1 1 1 t oil
- 1 1 1 t salt
- 1 1 1 t pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 gt garlic salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C sugar
- 1 1 1 C water

- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 – 3 cups diced leftover chicken or turkey (1/4" dice)

- 2 tablespoons vermouth or white wine
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Chicken Base

- 1 32 ounce box mushroom or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
