- 1/4 1/4 packet 1/4 ounce packet of unflavored gelatin
- 6 6 6 tablespoons of dry milk powder
- 1 1 1 cup boiling water
- 16 16 16 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
Sous Vide Duck Breast

- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, grated

Roast Cod with Garlic Butter

Step 1 Stir together first 10 ingredients in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 2 teaspoons minced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced prosciutto di Parma
- 1 tablespoon almond, rice, or all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 (7-ounce) skinless cod fillets
- Garnish: lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Half this recipe....makes alot!! Due to the size and volume, I used an 8qt Instant Pot instead of a 6qt to make ...
- 1 large head 1 large head of cabbage (get one that will fit your Instant Pot), steamed with leaves peeled and remaining core chopped
- 5 medium 5 medium yellow onions; 2/3 of one grated for the meat mixture, the remaining 4 chopped into chunks for the sauce mixture
- 2 lbs 2 lbs of ground beef (85% – 90% lean)
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup of either long grain white or brown rice, cooked according to instructions (optional, it’s really just a texture thing)
- A few pinches of black pepper
- A few pinches of kosher salt
- 1 tsp 1 tsp of crushed or minced garlic
- Two 46 oz cans Two 46 oz cans of tomato juice
- 6 oz can 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 3 3 3 fresh lemons, squeezed and juiced
- 4 tbsp 4 tbsp of white granulated sugar
