  • – 1 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese (Not pictured)
  • – 4-6 Chicken Breasts
  • – 1/4 Cup White Flour
  • – 1/4 Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • – 1/4 Tsp Dried Basil
  • – 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • – Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1 1 4 to 6 cut up or 4 to 6 bone-in chicken breasts

  • 1 1 1 large (46 ounces) V-8 or regular tomato juice
  • 4 to 8 4 to 8 8 cups extra chicken stock (optional)
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • A few dashes soy sauce or salt and pepper (optional)

  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup brown or long grain white rice
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon low sodium instant beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire black pepper or freshly ground black pepper
  • 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon cold water
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
