- 6 ounces imitation crab meat
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- chopped green onion or chives
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard

In a Dutch oven, brown meat in oil on all sides over medium-high heat
- 1 boneless chuck roast (2 to 2-1/2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup medium pearl barley
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup sour cream, optional
Shrimp Parm Zoodles for Two

- For the Shrimp:
- 8 oz peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
- fresh black pepper, to taste
