Turn Instant Pot on to satue
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 2/3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- Salt and pepper to taste, tabasco to taste

- 3 slices bacon, diced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 center cut bone-in pork chops; 1 inch thick
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup beef or bone broth
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 can (10.5oz) low sodium or fat free cream of mushroom soup

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups V8 or other vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
