Homemade Soda Pop

Carbonated water, also known as seltzer, sparkling water, fizzy water, or soda water
- Basic Simple Syrup:
- 8 8 8 oz water
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp citric acid
- to and flavorings to taste

- 1 to 1 to to in proportions of 1 pound of white sugar to 1 pint of water. Stir while bringing water and sugar to a boil until all sugar crystals are dissolved, then permit to cool.
- to 2 to 1 to syrup is to use 2 parts granulated sugar to 1 part water. Bring water to a boil, add sugar and stir so that the sugar is completely dissolved with no sugar crystals visible, then remove from heat and let cool.

Spicy Cherry Tomato Sauce for Pasta

- 3-4 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
