In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dill, and parsley
- Here's what you will need:
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped (about 5-6 slices)
- 1/2 package* Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- pepper to taste
- 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Baked Chicken Dish/ Pam's

Spray 9x13 pan. Layer bottom with beef
- 5-10 Chicken Breasts
- 5-10 Strips of Bacon
- 1 Lg (16 oz) Sour Cream
- 1/2 lb Dried Beef
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup

Follow directions above:
- Frosting:
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 cup Karo white syrup
- Mix together and bring JUST to a boil!
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of peanut butter,mix together, add 5-6 cups rice krispies mix together. Pour into 9x13 pan and press down.
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet choc chips
- Can use a double boiler to melt, then pour over bars! ENJOY!!!

For the Chicken Tacos: Begin by combining all the powder seasonings in a small bowl and rub into the chicken breast...
- Chicken Tacos:
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Pico de Gallo:
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1/4 fresh white onion
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Whole Wheat flour tortillas
- mozzarella cheese
Graduation Mints/ Kelley's

Use special mint pans....
- one bag of powdered sugar
- one 8 oz cream cheese softened
- one teaspoon butter flavoring
- one teaspoon mint flavoring
- Stir together - this will make 350-400 mints depending on size. It can easily be cut down if needed. Enjoy!!
Goulash

Directions: 1. Turn IP on sauté and brown the hamburger
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBSP minced onion and or chopped onion
- 4 cups water
- 2- 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 TBSP Durkee Taco Seasoning (or any seasonings you like to add to your goulash - pic of mine below).
- 1 box elbow noodles
- 1 C mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of Velveeta Cheese

Follow above directions
- Beat together:
- 1 Stick Oleo, melted
- 1 C. Water
- 3 T. Cocoa
- 2 C. Flour
- 2 C. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Add 2 eggs and 1/2 C. Buttermilk or sour milk (1 T. Vinegar added to 1/2 C Milk) Bake in jellyroll pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Filling:
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C. Crisco
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1 T Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Beat for 5 minutes and add 1 C. Powdered Sugar. Spreat on colled cake.
- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 9 T Oleo
- 9 T. Milk
- Boil 1 minute and add 2 1/4 C Choc Chips. Beat until thick. Frost Cake. Cut when cool.
- These bars freeze well.
Round Steak/ Janet's

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours
- Optional:
- Round Steak or Stew Meat (cubed)
- 8 oz and 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- Use 8 oz can , fill with water and add
- Minced Onion
- Little bit of flour
- Add Salt and Pepper
- Little Garlic Powder
- Parsley Flakes
- Oregano
- 1 Celery (chopped)
- 3-4 Carrots (chopped)
- Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 6-7 Potatoes (cut small)
- 1/4 Cup Tapioca
- 1 Cup beef Bouillon
Microwave Potatoes/ Vick's

Place all ingredients except cheese in microwavable bowl
- 5 Lg Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Combine evaporated milk and Ranch dressing and pepper in a 3 quart heavy saucepan
- 3 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 (1 oz) pkg. Hidden Valley dry Salad Dressing & Seasoning MIX (not the dip blend)
- 3-4 C. cubed, cooked, chicken / Broasted Deli Chic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 (160z) lasagna noodles, cooked (i used 9 or 10 noodles)
- 1 1/2 to 2 C cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 to 2 C mozzarella cheese, grated
