Egg Bake/ Aunt Brenda's

Fry sausage Microwave bacon until crisp Line greased 9X13 pan with bread slices
- 1 lb sausage (fried)
- 1 lb bacon- (microwave til crispy)
- 1 doz eggs
- 2 C milk
- 3 C grated cheese
- sliced bread
Pumpkin Dessert

Layer in a glass bowl, crumble gingerbread cake , pumpkin mixture, cool whip and repeat
- 1 Can Pumpkin
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 box Vanilla Pudding (mixed)
- Gingerbread Cake
- Cool Whip
Root Beer Pulled Pork (crock pot)

Rinse the pork roast off with water and pat dry with a paper towel
- Ingredients:
- 1 - 1 to 3 pound pork roast - I used a 1 1/2 lb pork sirloin tip roast
- 2 - tablespoons grill mates pork rub
- 2 - cups root beer
- 1 - small onion, cubed
- 2 - cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 - teaspoons liquid smoke
- 2 - tablespoons Yellow Label Syrup (Found at Walmart)
- 1 - 18 oz bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce or use your favorite
Baby Back Ribs

Put 1 cup water, ½ cup apple cider vinegar and ½ cup BBQ sauce in IP
- Dry rub:
- Made baby back ribs in the IP and finished them in the broiler. 60 min from prep to table.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Slow Cooker Bacon Wrapped Apple Chicken/Jens

In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and peeled/chopped apples
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup lemon juice fresh or from a bottle
- 5 small apples peeled and chopped, I used gala
- 8 slices bacon
Ham Balls with Mustard Sauce/ Ginny's

Combine ham pork and beef: Add eggs, tomato sauce, cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper and salt
- Sauce:
- 1 1/4 lbs ground Ham (1 lb)
- 2/3 lb ground Pork (1 lb)
- 2/3 lb Hamburger (1 lb)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 T. Minced Onion
- 1 Cup Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 T. Green Pepper
- Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Dish/Jen

- Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil with oil and place in 9x13 pan - Place chicken breasts in bottom of pan -
- 1 package Stuffing mix; chicken flavor
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 6-7 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-7 slices Cooked bacon; crumbled
- 6-7 tbsp Ranch dressing (drizzle to your liking)
- Oven to 400
Chocolate Cream Dessert/ Ma's

Follow directions above
- st Layer:
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/3 Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- Mix well, press in 9x13 ungreased pan.
- Bake 350 degrees 15 mins.
- Cool and set aside.
- nd Layer:
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Combine sugar, cheese and add cool whip.
- Spread on 1st layer carefully.
- rd Layer:
- 3 Small Boxes instant Milk Choc. Pudding
- 4 1/2 Cup Milk
- (or 2 sm boxes and 3 Cups Milk
- Mix and pour over 2nd layer.
- th Layer:
- Cool whip over 3rd layer.
Twice Baked Potatoes/ Di

Follow directions above
- I always bake 1 extra potato to scoop out and discard the skin, for extra filling for the others.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes, then pierce a couple times with a knife on the very top (only pierce where they are cut on the top part). Put in the oven, place straight on your oven r
- Scoop out all the flesh of the potato with a spoon into your mixing bowl, being careful to get it all, but yet not ruin the skin :)
- Now make mashed potatoes! Add about 3 T. of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Then while mixing add small amounts of milk at a time to get it to the right consistency. Optional: Half n Half and it mak
- 1 st- Fill the inside of the skin shell half way with the mashed potato mixture.
- 2 nd- Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese (you can use half of a cheese slice also)
- 3 rd- Top the cheese layer with another mashed potato layer.
- Put back into a 350 oven for about 30 minutes. When done, put cheese on top and put back in oven until melted.
- Optional: Can add bacon bits and chives if you would like.
