Chicken Ranch Lasagna/ Brenda D

Combine Evap Milk, Ranch Salad Dressing and Pepper in a sauce pan
- 4 (12 Oz) Evaporated Milk
- 2 (1 Oz) Pkg Hidden Valley dry Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix (not the dip blend)
- 3 C cubed cooked Chicken Or one Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 16 Oz Lasagna Noodles ( I used 9 noodles)
- 2 C Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C Mozzarella Cheese
Snickerdoodle Cookies/ Amy Woods

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat 1 1/2 C of sugar, butter and eggs with mixer on med
- 1 3/4 C Sugar
- 1 C. Butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 Flour
- 2 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 TBS Cinnamon
Christmas Punch/ Vi's

Freeze 2 C of orange juice for ring
- 1 Lg can of frozen orange juice
- 1 32 oz pineapple juice or lemonade
- 2 lt of 7 UP
- 2 C orange juice
Hashbrown Casserole/ Tracie's

Layer Hashbrowns in a sprayed 9x13 dish
- 1 Bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
- Cheddar Cheese
- Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 1 lb. Hamburger (browned and drained)
- 3/4 Cream of Chic Soup
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper
Fried Rice

Combine shrimp, salt and soy sauce and let stand 10-15 minutes
- 1 C Chicken
- 1 Can of Shrimp-drained
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/3 C Salad Oil
- 2 1/2 C Water(more)
- 5 Chicken Bouillon Cubes(dissolve in water above)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C Raw Rice (uncooked)
- 1 C Shredded Lettuce(optional)
- Chopped Green Onion
Queso Dip/Diana

**Depending on how "hot" you want your dip, you may want to add some of the seeds and/or ribs from the jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 to 2 Jalapenos, seeds removed and diced
- 1 can of green chillies, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, mild or whatever strength you desire
- 3 cups shredded cheese, I used a combination of cheddar and pepper jack
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Sausage Gravy

1. Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned
- 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 prepared biscuits
Corned Beef Hash Casserole

Lightly butter 3 1/2 - 4 qt
- 1 package frozen shredded hash browns, partially thawed 24-32 oz.
- 2 cups cooked corned beef or canned
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup shredded American or American and Cheddar cheeses
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SALAD/Vicky

Thaw whipped topping and in a large salad bowl stir together whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 1 small package of cheesecake pudding (just the powder, don't add the milk)
- 3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurts (I used Yoplait)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 bananas, sliced (add just before serving or they brown)
- miniature marshmallows (add just before serving)
Meatballs/ Ma's & Vick's

Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt and pepper and form into balls
- Add together:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
- 2/3 Cup Minute Rice
- Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 15oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
