- 2 Cups Minute Rice
- 1 Cup Water
- 3-4 Chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Mix white & brown sugar together, cream with butter, beat in eggs, add 1 cup flour, salt, baking soda, baking powde...
- Topping:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup stick Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Buttermilk or 1 cup milk soured with 1 tsp vinegar (I use)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired. I used at least a cup and wished I had added more (Pecans or Walnuts).

1. Preheat oven to 325°F
- Frosting:
- 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large egg whites
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 . In a large bowl, with a hand or stand mixer, cream together sugar and butter on low speed. Mix until well blended. Increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
- 2 . Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more cream if needed for desired spreading/piping consistency.
- 3 . Scoop into a piping bag and pipe decoratively onto cupcakes, or spread onto cupcakes as desired.

- 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 10 oz. Can Cream of Chic Soup
- 1 10 oz. Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 4 oz. Sour Cream
