Summer Pasta Salad

Stir together the cooked pasta, carrots, onion, ham and peas
- 5 cups cooked small shell pasta (approximately 3 cups dry)
- 3/4 cup diced raw carrots
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 8 oz. (1 1/2 cup) mini-cubed ham
- 1 (8 oz) package (1 1/2 cups) frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounce container light sour cream
- 1/2 cup french dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1 cup shredded colby-jack or cheddar cheese
- Optional: diced celery, diced green pepper

- 1 -1 lb 14oz bag of Shredded Frozen Hash browns
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 10oz (sm can) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 8oz Sour Cream
- 1 lb of Velveeta (sliced)
Spaghetti Bake /Jenna's (Very Good)

Spray Lg Casserole Dish. Brown hamburger, onion and peppers and drain
- 1 lb. Hamburger (browned and drained)
- 1/2 Cup Green Peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 Lg and 1 Sm Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 7 oz or 3/4 of box (cooked) Spaghetti noodles
- 1 Cup Mozerella Cheese
Chicken Parmesan Maranara/ Vick's

Mix Bisquick, salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese in a zip lock bag
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts ( cut in half)
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tbs Butter
- Lg Jar of Ragu Maranara Sauce
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 C Bisquick

- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 sour cream

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions
- 1 package (7-1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery
- soup, undiluted
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 C. Potato Chips, crushed
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Crockpot Breakfast Casserole/Jenna

Spray a large crock pot with non-stick spray then place half the hash browns into the bottom
- INGREDIENTS
- 30oz bag frozen hash browns
- 1 lb sausage, browned & drained
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 green onions, sliced and divided in half
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

- 1 Onion (chopped)
