- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped

- 1 15 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar, Honey or Agave Nectar

- 3 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrot
