- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 ounces baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
