Roast Turkey with Truffle Butter

- 1 (12 to 14-pound) fresh turkey, with giblets removed
- 3 ounces white truffle butter, at room temperature
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Large bunch fresh thyme
- 1 large onion, unpeeled and cut in eighths
- 1 whole head garlic, unpeeled and cut in half crosswise
- Good olive oil
Bloody Mary Shrimp Shooters

Prepare shrimp: Bring a large saucepan of salted water (2 tablespoons salt for 2 quarts water) to a boil
- For shrimp
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp in shell, peeled and deveined
- 3/4 cups thinly sliced celery (3 to 4 ribs)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions (about 6)
- For sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup vodka (preferably Absolut Peppar)
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons bottled horseradish (not drained), or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 12 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, cores and seeds removed
- 4 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Bay Colony Butter

Must adjust the portions to your taste
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- cream cheese
- Dry powdered Ranch dressing
Blue Cheese Butter

Mix all ingresients in small bowl
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 T. Blue Cheese
- 1 shallot
- 1 T. Balsamic vinegar
