- 7 ounces Greek yogurt (recommended: Fage Total)
- 1/3 cup good bottled lemon curd
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced strawberries (1 pint)
- 1 cup raspberries (1/2 pint)
- 1 cup blueberries (1/2 pint)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
- 1 banana, sliced
- Fresh mint springs
Pumpkin Custard

- 1 c. Heavy Cream
- 1 14oz. can condensed milk
- 5 large eggs
- 2 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground cloves
- 1/2 t. allspice
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 t. vanilla
Joe's Crab Cakes

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, red pepper, onion, scallions, parsley, and garlic
- 1 lb Jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 4 Scallions, trimmed and chopped
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil, plus more if needed
- Lime or lemon wedges, for garnish
Southern Fried Chicken

Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the buttermilk over them
- 2 chickens (3 pounds each), cut in 8 serving pieces
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil or vegetable shortening
Chicken Marsala Tetrazzini

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (8-oz.) package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 ounces finely chopped prosciutto
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen baby English peas, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-oz.) container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Marsala
- 1 cup (4-oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

Coat a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onions and bring to a medium-high heat
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, 1/4-inch dice
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
- Pinch crushed red pepper
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup water

- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. paprika

- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 4 bonless, skinnless chicken breasts, about 6 oz each

- 3 T. canola oil
