- 125 mL maple syrup (I used medium grade)

- 2 * 2 15 ounce cans whole kernel corn
- 5 * 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 * 3 ounces prosciutto finely chopped (bacon would also work great)
- 1 * 1 red onion chopped
- 3 * 3 medium potatoes diced
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup heavy cream
