{If you aren't going to serve the pancakes until you've cooked all of them, preheat oven to 200 F

- 1 cup milk (I used 1%)
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
