Raspberry Limoncello Linzers

In large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and brown sugar using electric mixer
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups seedless raspberry jam
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons powdered egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Limoncello liqueur
Pecan Pie Taffy

You'll need a 9x13-inch baking pan, a 3 quart saucepan and a candy thermometer
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup light molasses
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup bourbon (optional)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/16 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup roasted pecans, chopped (I toasted them quickly in a pan over medium-high heat)
Peanut Butter-Pecan Chocolate Chip-Granola Cookies

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with spoon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 3/4 cups granola cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Lemon and Lime Tart

To make the tart shell, in a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt and lemon zest
- For the tart shell:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut
- into pieces
- 1/4 cup chilled vegetable shortening, cut into
- pieces
- 2 Tbs. cold water
- For the lemon and lime filling:
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Juice of 3 lemons
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 Tbs. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Nutella Cupcakes

To make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan with cupcakes liners
- For the nutella cream filling:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup nutella
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp nutella
- For the nutella buttercream frosting:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp nutella
Strawberry Crumb Bars

Preheat the oven to 375° F
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 sticks (1/2 lb) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 large egg
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- Juice of 1 lemon
Pumpkin Cream Sandwich Cookies

1) Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt
- 1 1/2 cups sifted cake flour, spooned in and leveled
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, slightly firm
- 1/2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon mixture = 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1 teaspoon sugar
Frozen Pumpkin Mudslides

Blend all ingredients except the whipped cream and chocolate syrup
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) Kahlua (Try using homemade Kahlua made with your favorite coffee beans.)
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) Baileys Irish Cream (You can use store-bought Baileys, but it's so easy to make homemade Baileys!)
- 8 ounces (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 8 ounces (1 cup) pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream, to taste
- chocolate syrup, to taste
Creamy Crab Dip

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, OLD BAY and ground mustard until well blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- crackers or sliced French bread
Pineapple Shrimp Salad
