Season the cubed chicken thighs and heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c nonfat milk
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 T butter for cooking
- 4 chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/4 t rosemary
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1/8 t freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 c half & half
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 T fresh rosemary
- 1/2 T corn starch or flour, mixed in with a bit of water
- Salt & pepper to taste
