- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel (from 2 large oranges)
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur or 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons whipping (heavy) cream
- 2 drops orange food color (or 2 drops yellow and 1 drop red food color)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

- Crust
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding, less 1 cup
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- Filling
- 1 30 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- Topping
- 1 cup cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup soft margarine

- 2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium carrots, cut into wheels
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 10 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups lentils
- 1 cup barley
- 1 lb fresh kale
- 1 tbsp allspice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- (Water if needed for consistency)

1. Place the ham bone with ham still attached into a large pot
- 1 ham bone, with about 2 C of ham still on it
- 4 C dried white beans (great northern)
- water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 C carrots, chopped
- 1/2 C celery, chopped
- 1 t garlic (I used the kind from a jar)
- 4 C water
- 9 beef bullion cubes
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 2 T butter
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 3/4 cups chopped fresh strawberries

- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (28 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, cut into large pieces
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
