- For Prepared Plums:
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, plus more for buttering loaf pan

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 8-ounce bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Chopped Green Peppers & Onions
- 1 15.5-ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 roti flatbreads
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 small red bell pepper, cored and diced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger (from a 3-inch piece)
- 6 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning duck
- 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
- 12 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 stalk celery, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 10 sprigs fresh summer savory or marjoram
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cups low-sodium duck or chicken stock
