- 18 cups oatmeal
- 1 lb. M&M's
- 1 lb. Chocolate chips
Kale with Apples & Mustard

Tart apples, grainy mustard, cider vinegar and a touch of brown sugar add sweet-and-sour flavor to sauteed kale
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1-1 1/2 pounds pounds kale, ribs removed, coarsely chopped (see Cooking Tip)
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Pauline's Fondue

In a heavy pan rub the garlic clove around the sides
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup white wine
- 2/3 lb emanthaler
- 2/3 lb gruyere
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tblsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup kirsch
- Pepper and nutmeg to taste

- Icing:
- 1 box white cake
- 1 box strawberry jello
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup strawberries with juice
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 cups butter
- 1/2 cups strawberries with juice
Easy jalepeno jelly

Really good and I like it hot
- 12 oz jalepeno, seeded, stemmed, and deveined. Cut into pieces for easy processing
- 2 cups cider vinegar, DVD
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 pouches liquid pectin
Almond Biscotti

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp each bkg soda and bkg powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp anise extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 tblsp anise seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup toasted almonds

German Chocolate Cake

German Chocolate Cake for large groups
- 2 White Cake Mixes (Duncan Hines)
- 1 Devils Food Cake Mid (Duncan Hines)
- 3/4 cup flour (omit if near sea level)
- 2 cups eggs divided as follows
- (2/3 cups whole eggs and 1 1/2 cups egg whites)
- 2 pounds sour cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Oil
- 2/3 cup Frangilco
- 1 T Vanilla and Butter extract mixed

- 1/4 lb. butter

- In a saucepan:
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
