Impossible Green Bean Pie

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches
- 1 15 oz can green beans, or 8 oz frozen beans
- 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Chicken Crunch

Combine first 6 ingredients
- 1-8oz carton sour cream
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 chicken breast halves-approx 2#
- 1 8oz herb seasoned stuffing mix (2 cups) crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Sesame-Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

In a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, and soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 Tbs rice vinegar
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs sesame oil, divided
- 1 1/4 # boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/4x1" strips
- 1 Tbs chopped ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 2 Tbs sesame seeds

Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup creamed cottge cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Deviled Eggs-Sweet-Sour

Friends will be sweet on these appetizers when they try them! If you don't like deviled eggs, give these a try
- 12 hard cooked eggs
- 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbs mayonnaise
- 5 tsp sugar
- 5 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Paprika and minced fresh parsley
Tex-Mex Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first six ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy cookies. Chocolate adds a depth of flavor and they don't taste chocolatey
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar, plus more for rolling dough
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
Hot Buttered Rum

- Batter:
- Cream 1/4 pound butter with 1 pound dark brown sugar
- Sprinkle into batter:
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Store mixture in regridge'
Saucy Apple Pork Chops

This is a snap to prepare and a tempting way to use up leftover applesauce
- 2 cups chunky applesauce
- apple slices (1-2 apples of your choice)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
Peach Glazed Stuffed Pork Chops

Drain and dice peaches. Save syrup
- 1-8 1/2 oz can sliced peaches
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 2 Tbs margarine
- 2 cups chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick) with pocket cut
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 2 Tbs dijon mustard
