Preheat an outdoor grill or broiler
- Famie's BBQ sauce:
- 2 pounds ground buffalo
- 1-8 oz can green chilies, drained and diced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt, plus more for seasoning
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, and julienned
- Famie's simple and spicy BBQ sauce
- 1-4 0z can chipotles in adobo sauce, pureed
- 8 oz your favorite smoky BBQ sauce

Glazed Salmon

Place salmon in a greased 11x17 baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 1 quart casserole dish
- 1/2 pound diced corned beef
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained well
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs ketchup
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- Rye crackers and/or rye bread
Sweet Potatoes

- Syrup:
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup each butter and water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Best Stuffed Zucchini

For a change of pace, substitute your favorite barbecue sauce for the marinara
- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-4oz can green chilies
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- Additional marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
Swedish Glogg

Combine wine, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and cognac in sauce pan
- 2 bottle dry red wine
- 1/2 cup extra fine sugar
- 6-10 cloves
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 Tbs cognac
- Raisins, slivered almonds and additional cinnamon sticks for garnish.
Chicken Noodle Soup

- 4 cups water or chicken broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 3/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
