  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 2 tsp seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
  • 6 small red skin potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices

  • 16 Littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into 1-2 inch wheels
  • 4 Tbs butter

  • Start with a standard, sea-level recipe-
  • At 3,000 feet: Decrease baking powder by 1/8 tsp per teaspoon measured. Decrease sugar by up to 1 Tbs per cup measured. Increase liquid by 1-2 Tbs per cup measured.
  • At 5,000 feet: Decrease baking powder by 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per teaspoon measured. Decrease sugar by up to 2 Tbs per cup measured. Increase liquid by 2-4 Tbs per cup measured.
  • At 7,000 feet: Decrease baking powder by 1/4 tsp per teaspoon measured. Decrease sugar by 1-3 Tbs per cup measured. Increas liquid by 3-4 Tbs per cup measured.
