- 1 bag of 24 miniature chocolate-peanut butter cups

Turkey Tetrazzini

Very convenient dish because it can be made ahead and frozen
- 1 package (7-oz) spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, or pasta of your choice
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 cup (4-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans (4 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1-2 cans (4 oz each)green chilies
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar (2-oz) chopped pimientos, drained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- additional shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Pre-heat oven to 375. Pour the milk over the bread and allow it to soak in for several minutes
- 1 cup milk
- 6 bread slices
- 2 # ground beef
- 1/4-1/2 chopped onions
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup minced parsley
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8-12 thin bacon slices

- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 4 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples (4 medium)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp sugar for glaze

In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper
- 6 loin pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 envelop taco seasoning mix (2 Tbs)
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crock Pot Fast Chicken

Mix soup and tomatoes in crockpot, add chicken and stir
- 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 (14-oz each) cans Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope Savory Herb and Garlic soup mix (Lipton)

Quinoa and Golden Beet Salad

Makes a great side dish
- 3 Tbs olive oil-divided into 1 and 2 Tbs portions
- 2 large golden beets, washed and root ends trimmed-approx 2#
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups veggie or chicken broth
- 3 Tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 oz crumbled goat or feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or sunflower seeds
- S & P to taste
