Easy BBQ Bake

Use your favorite BBQ sauce for a quick easy dinner
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Pork Chops

Brown pork chops. Spray 13x9 pan with Pam
- 6 pork chops
- 1-21 oz can apple pie filling
- cinnamon
- 1 box stove top pork stuffing mix, made according to package directions
Cheese Crackers

Crispy cheddar cheese crackers are easy to make
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated and room temperature
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups rice krispies
Carmel Corn

Mix brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup together and boil for 5 minutes
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1-11/4 cup unpopped corn
Cranberry Dip

Easy and pretty, this bright cranberry dip can be made ahead of time and just poured over cream cheese to serve
- 1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
- 3/4-1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
Vanilla Sauce

Mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla
Impossible Zucchini-Tomato Pie

Heat oven to 400. Grease 10 inch quiche dish or pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Roasted Sweet Potato Spears

Mix all ingredients except sweet potatos together
- 3 cups sweet potato spears
- 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs EVOO
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbs spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Mexican Style Lasagne

Really good!! Make again and make often
- 1 1/2 # ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (11oz) corn, drained
- 1/2-1 cup sliced black olives
- 4 Tbs taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 oz Mexican Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 3/4 cup thick and chunky medium salsa
- 1/3 of 16 oz can refried beans
- 6 flour tortillas (6")
- 1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup tostitos, crushed

- Crust:
- 3 packages jello
- 1 1/2 cup hot water per package
- 1 package gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 8 oz container of cool whip
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
