Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Best-ever cinnamon rolls with brown sugared apples and an easy caramel sauce on top
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 package active dry yeast (I prefer Red Star Platinum)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 3 – 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 medium sized apples, peeled, cored, & thinly sliced (about 1.5 cups)
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (or salted)
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons heavy cream (no substitutions)
Peanut Butter Frosting

Cream togather peanut butter and butter
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 8 Tbsp butter room temperature
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp heavy cream..you can use milk also..until frosting is thinned a little
- 2 tsp pure vanilla
Refrigerator Pickles

Boil vinegar, sugar salt and celery seed until sugar is dissolved
- 6 c cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 c chopped onlon
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c white vinegar
- 2 c sugar
- 1 T. celery seed
- 1 T. Salt
Pumpkin Pie (Libby's Mini)

PREHEAT oven to 425° F. MIX sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl
- 4 (1-cup vol each) 4-inch diameter mini-pie shells
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Crescent Rolls

This is a great recipe for sweet, fluffy crescent rolls (kind of like a croissant but more dense)
- 2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Apple-Nut Muffins with Streusel Topping

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk, or sour cream
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup peeled, cored, and chopped sweet apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Taco Seasoning

Combine all of the ingredients in an air tight container and mix thoroughly
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano (grind in a spice grinder before adding to the mix)
- 2 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (or more to taste)

- 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups blueberries
Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 8×4 inch loaf pans, liberally
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup dried cranberries, raisins or chocolate chips or a combination thereof (optional)
Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel Cookie Bars

Chocolate chip cookie bars with a layer of salted caramel
- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 10 ounces caramel candy squares, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- Sea salt, for sprinkling over caramel and bars
