- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 bag (11.5 oz) semisweet chocolate chunks (2 cups)
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Parmesan Cheese Crackers

In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter until smooth and fluffy
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cool unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan, ( grana is okay, but it should be good quality)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sweet sherry, (optional)
- 4 cups (1 L) sliced hulled Strawberries
Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

1. Add tomatoes, celery, carrots, chicken broth, onions, oregano, basil, and bay leaf to a large slow cooker

- 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 T fresh oregano
