Simply Delicious Devilled Eggs

MASH egg yolks in medium bowl with fork
- 12 hard-cooked eggs, cut lengthwise in half
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes

Heat oven to 400°F. Cut top off garlic bulb; place bulb on piece of foil
- 1 large bulb garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 cup milk
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
- Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Salad Dressing

Garlic-Herb Cheesy Potatoes

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups herb-seasoned croutons, coarsely crushed
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen southern-style diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup chive-and-onion sour cream potato topper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (1/2 onion)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container (5.2 to 6.5 oz) garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
Pasta Sauce

- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 bottle white wine
- little bit of butter
- 1/2 spanish onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
- 10 basil leaves (finely chopped)
Quinoa Egg Scramble

- 1 1 1 cup quinoa
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 1 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (optional)

Mixed Vegetable and Cheese Roll-Ups

In a small bowl, cover sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water, let stand until plump (5-10 minutes)
- 2 sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1 small bunch arugula, washed
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 4-7 " flour tortillas
Classic Baked Fiorelli With Rapini & Italian Sausage

- 3-1/2 cups (875 mL) PC BLACK LABEL FIORELLI PASTA
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 3 PC Mild Italian Sausage (about 300 g), casings removed
- Half bunch rapini
- 1 jar (650 mL) PC BLACK LABEL TOMATO BASIL PASTA SAUCE
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) 35% whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) freshly grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano
