Banana Pancakes (healthy version)

- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oats

Lightly grease a large baking sheet, or line it with a Silpat mat or parchment
- or the oatmeal cookies:
- ~makes 12 to 15 big sandwich cookies ~
- ~ preheat oven to 425 degrees F. ~
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 and 1/2 sticks)
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 Tablespoons boiling water

- Can Pillsbury pizza crust
- 18 About 18 slices of sandwich pepperoni
- Slices of Capicola ham
- Slices of provolone cheese
- Slices of mozzarella cheese
Sauce for Brussel Sprouts

Heat in small saucepan over low heat…do not boil
- Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
- (mix according to directions)
- 1/2 cup dip (above)
- 2 T horseradish
- 2 T honey mustard
- 1/2 T garlic
- 4 T butter
- 2 T bacon flavored bits
- 2 T dried onion flakes

The idea (and photo) came from Williams-Sonoma who make this and sell it as a Baking Mix called Baked Brookster
- 1 scoop of brownie batter + 1 scoop of cookie dough in a muffin pan = Brookies!
Christmas Crack

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pound salted saltine crackers (about one sleeve)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup m&m candies chopped
MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash (Garlic & Herb Blend)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 4-6 average sized chicken breasts
CARAMEL MARSHMALLOW RICE KRISPIE BALLS

In a medium saucepan place the caramels, sweetened condensed milk, and butter
- 1 1 ounce) bag 1 (14 ounce) bag wrapped caramels
- 1 1 ounce) can 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 2 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1 ounce) bag 1 (10 ounce) bag large marshmallows
- 7 7 7 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Flank Steak Marinade

For some reason this recipe works best with flank steak
- Combine 2 Tablespoons of each in a glass bowl:
- Lemon juice or limejuice (lime juice is best)
- Red cooking wine
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic - sliced.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Several dashes of hot sauce
Korean Beef and Rice

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (depending on how spicy you like it)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- Rice, cooked
