Buffalo Chicken Meatballs (no dressing) Skinnytaste
- oil spray (I used my mister)
- 1 1/4 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/3 cup finely minced celery
- 1/3 cup finely minced carrot
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Franks Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup skinny blue cheese dressing (optional)
- finely chopped celery leaf for garnish (optional)

Fresh Hot Kale Chips Recipe: Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Fresh Hot Kale Chips Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash and dry kale.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Brush with virgin organic coconut oil.
- Sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
- Bake for about 5 minutes (until crispy).
- Remove from baking sheet and place on paper towel.
- Serve immediately!
CRISPY CRUNCHY ROASTED CHICKPEAS

The secret to getting them extra crispy is to dry roast them first, and then season them at the last minute
