Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Crust: melt chocolate and butter together, stir until smooth
- Chocolate Crust:
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
- 5 T butter
- 2 1/2 C crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 C mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C peanuts (roasted, no salt)
- Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- One 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 C creamy peanut butter
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 C heavy cream
- Topping:
- 3 oz milk chocolate finely chopped
- 2 T heavy cream
Turnip Parsnip Gratin

Preheat oven to 440 Combine first 3 ingredients, bring to boil
- 3 3/4 1/8" thick slices peeled turnip
- 3 3/4 1/8" thick slices peeled parsnip
- 6 cups water
- Cooking spray
- 1 Cup whole milk
- 1/3 c chicken broth
- 2 T flour
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 C shredded cryuere cheese
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c panko
Chocolate Torte

Preheat oven to 400. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler
- Torte:
- 1.25 C unsalted butter
- 20 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 T vanilla liquer
- 6 large eggs
- Glaze:
- 1/3 C heavy cream
- 1/3 C semisweet chocolate
Cheese Rice Fritter

- 1 C aborio rice (cooked)
- 3 slices bacon chopped
- 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 C grated parmasean cheese
- 1 large egge, lightly beaten
- salt, pepper
- 1/2 C seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 C EVOO
- one 10-oz bag spinach, coarsley chopped
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper

- 1.25 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C corn syrup
- 2/3 C water
- 6 T butter

- Brownies:
- 1/2 C dark corn syrup
- 1/2 C butter
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 C flour
- 1 C chopped walnuts
- 1 t vanilla
- Glaze:
- 3 oz semisweet chocolate
- 2 T dark corn syrup
- 1 T butter
Orange Cardamom cookies

PreparationMake dough: Whisk together flour, zest, cardamom, and salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom

- 3/4 cup sugar

Orange Pecan refigerator cookies

Mix dry ingredients. Blend butter, sugar and brown sugar and butter
- 2 1/3 C flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- grated peel of 1 orange
- 3 T fresh squeezed orange juice
- 3/4 C pecans
