- 1 cup butter, softened

- 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup shortening (butter flavored)
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 2 pkg active dry yeast (2 tbsp to make 2 pkgs)
- 1/4 cup honey

Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 (6oz) tub vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
