Lemon Coconut Pound Cake

1. Preheat oven 325F. Beat butter at medium speed with mixer until creamy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

1. Brown chicken on both sides in a large skillet in hot oil over medium heat
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts(about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional)

- 1 (.7 oz) pkg Italian dry salad dressing mix
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 of an 8 oz tub cream cheese with chives and onion
- Hot cooked rice or angel hair pasta
- Snipped fresh chives or sliced green onions (optional)

1. Stir the picante sauce, molasses, vinegar, worcestershire and onion in a 5qt slow cooker
- 1 (16oz) jar picante sauce
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (3lb) beef brisket
