- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
Oatmeal Raisin Cheesecake

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In bottom of ungreased 13x9" pan, press cookie dough rounds evenly for crust
- 1 pkg (16oz) Pillsbury refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies (12svg)
- 2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold Butter
- 3/4 cup Hershey’s® cinnamon chips
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
BBQ Cheeseburger Meatloaf

1. Mix ingredients together and place in loaf pan
- 2 lbs Ground Lean Hamburger Meat
- 1 cup Ground Cheese Gold Fish Crackers
- 1/2 cup Shredded American Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Season All Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions, whites and tops
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Bell Pepper
- 2 cup Bbq Sauce Split In Half, 1 cup in meatloaf and 1 cup for topping

1. In the top of a double boiler, combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar and cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds (optional)

- 2 tbsp custard powder (instant pudding mix)
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 (1oz) squares semisweet baking chocolate
