1. Hard cook the eggs, shell them and keep them in cold water
- 3 eggs
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley
- 2 slices bread made into crumbs
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- flour
- 1/4 pound sliced bacon
- 1 1/2 lbs ground round
- fresh parsley to garnish
Summer Hot Chicken Dip

- 1 (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of rotisserie gold chicken, chopped
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 2 jalepeno peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper

- White Layer:
- 2 (3oz) pkgs Grape Jello
- 1 1/3 Cups Boiling Water
- 2/3 cup Grape Schnapps
- 3 drops Each of Green, yellow, and blue food coloring
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Boiling Water, divided
- 2 pkgs Knox Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 3/4 cup Citron Vodka
French Herb Bread

1. In a large bowl combine the yeast, sugar, 1 tsp of the salt and 1 1/2 cups of the flour
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
Cream Cheese Sausage Dip

1. Brown sausage in a skillet drain and add to crock pot
- 16 oz sour cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel with green chilies
- 1 lb sausage
Crock Pot Chicken Dip

1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot
- 2 cans white meat chicken
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 block velveeta cheese
- 1 block pepper jack (small)
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- Jalapenos to taste
Raspberry Lemonade

1. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium pan
- 3 cups water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed and pureed
MY Pot Roast

Using a few recipes and making them my own, this turned out to be a winner
- 2-3 lb roast
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-6 potatoes, skinned and cubed
Magic Peanut Butter Cookies

1. Mix all ingreadents together till dough cleans the sindes of the bowl
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 cup peanut butter
Baby Blue Punch

The ice cream melts a little and turns the punch a nice baby blue color
- 1 pkg blueberry unsweetened drink mix
- 1 (2 liter) sprite, chilled
- 1 bottle white cranberry juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 9 scoops vanilla ice cream
