1. Mix the Swiss cheese, Gruyere cheese and flour in a bowl
- 3 cups (12oz) Swiss cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups (3oz) Gruyere cheese, room temperature
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1" cubes

1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed until smooth and completely mixed
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz sugar free coconut flavored syrup
- 1/4 cup fat free vanilla ice cream

- 1 no calorie sweetener packet
- 1 cup crushed ice or 5-8 ice cubes

In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef and chopped onion over medium heat
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (15oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (1.25oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (1oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (15oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (14.5oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
