1. Preheat oven to 400F. Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (16oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (11oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- Assorted toppings, such as sour cream, sliced green onions, shredded lettuce & tomatoes

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 cup cold butter, cut into chunks
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
