1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a tube pan, set aside
- 1 pkg Orange supreme cake mix
- 1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil (Crisco or cake will fall??)
- 1 cup water (orange juice)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice or milk
Lemon Pound Cake

1. Preheat oven to 300F. Butter and flour two 9x5" loaf pans, a tube pan, or a Bundt pan
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare crust as directed on package for one-crust pie using 9" deep dish pie plate
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, (from 14.1oz package)
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 4 tsp Vanilla Extract, divided
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups pecan pieces, toasted
Baked Ham Sandwiches

1. In a small saucepan, combine butter, onion, mustard, worcestershire and poppy seeds
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup dried minced onion
- 1/3 cup prepared mustard

- 1 (11oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chunks

Easy Chicken Paprikash

1. Stir the broth, flour, paprika and red pepper in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth
- 1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth or Stock
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper

1. In a 4qt Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 3 cups chciken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (12oz) beer
