Yorkshire Pudding

In a bowl combine flour and salt
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 2/3 cup milk at room temperature
- 2/3 cup water at room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons roast beef pan drippings
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayeene, or to taste
Snap Pea and Potato Salad with Mint and Lemon

Cook your potatoes with the skins on in salted water until fork-tender
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 medium lemon, zested
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
- 2 sprigs of mint, the leaves chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked, chilled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas, de-stemmed, sliced in half
- 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves torn into bite sized pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Orange, Black Olive and Cilantro Salad

Whisk together mustard, orange juice and garlic
- 1 tablespoon Annie's Natural Dijon mustard
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled, smashed and minced
- 1/4 cup Napa Valley Naturals extra virgin olive oil
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 3 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup black olives, Kalamata preferred, pitted and halved
- 1/2 small red onions, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
Dinner Rolls

- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 5 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon, 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
Zucchini in a Yogurt Dressing

Bring 2 1/2 quarts of water to a rolling boil
- 1 tablespoon salt, plus 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 pound zucchini (2 medium), cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 3/4 teaspoon ground roasted cumin seeds (see note)
- 1/2 teaspoon brown or granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
Pumpkin Roll

Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice, pumpkin together for 5 minutes
- For Bread:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup pumpkin
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- For Filling:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cups almonds, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, white and green parts
- 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper
Kohlrabi Coleslaw

1. For dressing, in a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper
- 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp celery seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb green cabbage, chopped or finely shredded (9 cups)
- 2 medium carrots, finely shredded (1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded kohlrabi, jicama or radishes
- 1 cup snipped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 cups olive oil (not extra virgin)
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 6 cups water
- 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry flavored gelatin mix
- 1 (46 fluid oz) can pineapple juice
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 quart orange juice
- 2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
