1.Melt the butter in a pan
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups paneer (cut into bite sized cubes)
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 teaspoon garlic (grated)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cashews (ground)
- 1 cup tomato (pureed)
- 1 teaspoon coriander (ground)
- 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- cilantro (chopped)
Decadent Potatoes

- 2 pounds red potatoes (about 6-8)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups grated Swiss Gruyere cheese
- Fresh ground Tellicherry pepper to taste

Mexican Cheesy Chicken and Sausage with Black Beans

In Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lb fresh chorizo or bulk pork sausage
- 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese
- (8 oz) 2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 lime wedges
- 4 1/2 cups cooked rice or 6 Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas (6 inch), if desired

1. In large saucepan, heat 3 quarts water to boiling
- 2 2 4 to 5 tomatoes (about 4 to 5 medium)

- 1 1 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 1 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 1 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Garlic Aioli

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed (optional)
