PANNER BUTTER MASALA

1) Grind together tomato and ginger
- Onions chopped 1 medium sized
- Tomato chopped 3 medium sized
- Paneer cubed 1.5 cups (or as desired)
- Green chillies 1
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ginger minced 2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream/thick milk 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened(1 1/2 sticks) plus more for pan)
- 3 cups Cake Flour (plus more for dusting (not self-rising))
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 3 large Bananas (very ripe, mashed (about 1 1/3 cups))
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup pecans (chopped, optional)
- 2 black-licorice drop candies
- Black-licorice rope (for decorating)

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Chicken & Chorizo Jambalaya

A Cajun-inspired rice pot recipe with spicy Spanish sausage, sweet peppers and tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 75 g chorizo, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 250 g long grain rice
- 400g can plum tomatoes
- 350 ml chicken stock
Zucchini Tomato Toss

In a nonstick skillet, saute red pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic in oil for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 in slices
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 small plum tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Marinate chicken for 10 minutes with lemon juice, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp salt
