- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Anise Cookies - Italian

Italian Anise Cookies Good with coffee, tea or red wine
- Filling Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground Almonds (use blender)
- 4 each Rind of 4 oranges
- 2 each Egg Whites
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Anise Flavoring
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice (if needed for right consistency)
- Cookie Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 4 cups Sugar
- 9 each eggs (use grade a large eggs)
- (extra large will make it liquid which will require more flour)
- 6 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Power (heaping)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Anise Flavoring
Chocolate Fudge Pie

- 2 unbaked pie shells (regular - not deep dish)
- if frozen let it thaw
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons of cocoa
- 4 eggs

- 1 stick butter - melted
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
7-Layer Salad

use 9 X 13 glass pan layer salad in order of ingredients Must be refrigerated for at least 6 hours
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup each of green pepper, celery and onion all diced small.
- 2 cups frozen peas thawed
- 3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- Mayonnaise - cover all like frosting
- 7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

- Chocolate oreo cookie crumb pie crust
- or make your own
- 20 Oreo cookie sandwiches filling removed

- 2 teaspoons instant coffee (I used Starbuck instant - Colombia blend) but I guess any will do.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavey or whipping cream

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
