- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste

- 2-2/3 * 2-2/3 cups crushed saltines (about 80 crackers)
- 1 * 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- 1 * 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
