Broccoli Salad

Mix both together before eating
- Dressing:
- 1 lb bacon (carrots for Christine)
- 2 heads of broccoli chopped into bite size pieces (5 cups)
- 1/2 c. of unshelled salted sunflower seeds
- 1 red onion chopped in small pieces
- Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
- 1/2 c. of sugar.
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. of white vinegar 1/3 c. of raisins
- Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1 3 1/4 oz. box lemon pie mix (jello)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Coconut
SUE'S APPLE CRISP

Bake in oven at 375 til brown, about 1 hour
- 9 Granny Smith Apples, peeled & sliced
- Place in large bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix together. Place in microwave for 10 min. Full power. Pour into 9 x13 glass baking dish.
- TOPPING
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- I cup flour
- 1 cup oats
Pineapple Crowned Fruit Pie

Dip banana slices in lemon juice; arrange in a layer in the piecrust
- 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablspoons butter, melted
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- lemon juice
- 2 C fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 t corn starch
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/3 C chopped walnuts (optional)

- 2-1/4 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Hot cooked rice

- 3 packages (1 and 1/2 lbs) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 eggs (preferably room temperature)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 Tablespoon) vanilla
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 Tablespoon) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon liquid splenda (or maybe less, this is what I used last time)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts (not ground, just chopped small)

- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 celery ribs, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 3 carrots, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 3 green bell peppers, cored and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 3 medium baking potatoes, such as russet or Burbank, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
