Mix both together before eating

  • 1 lb bacon (carrots for Christine)
  • 2 heads of broccoli chopped into bite size pieces (5 cups)
  • 1/2 c. of unshelled salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 red onion chopped in small pieces
  • Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
  • 1/2 c. of sugar.
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs. of white vinegar 1/3 c. of raisins
  • Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

  • 9 Granny Smith Apples, peeled & sliced
  • Place in large bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix together. Place in microwave for 10 min. Full power. Pour into 9 x13 glass baking dish.
